The following must be accepted by the participant (You) in order to be eligible to participate in the contest:

[1] THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THE GUIDELINES FOR YOURSELF OR ON BEHALF OF THE PERSON IN THE VIDEO. YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR DECLARATION TO TATA SKY IN CASE YOU ARE NOT IN THE VIDEO THAT YOU PROPOSE TO SUBMIT TO TATA SKY.
[2] AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THE CONTENT AND TECHNICAL GUIDELINES.
[3] HAVE ENTERED INTO A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND TATA SKY LIMITED. IF YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THE GUIDELINES ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE FULL LEGAL AUTHORITY TO BIND THE PERSON TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THE GUIDELINES.
[4] ANY PERSON SUBMITTING THEIR VIDEO NOT A MAJOR AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER INDIAN LAW MUST HAVE CONSENT OF THEIR NATURAL GUARDIAN BEFORE SUBMITTING THEIR VIDEO. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY AND DEMAND PROOF OF AGE FROM PERSONS SUBMITTING THEIR VIDEO.

1. You have read and accepted the guidelines for submitting your video and the contents of the form indicating you are subscriber / have been authorized by the subscriber, have not used any objectionable ingredients and that the video submitted by you shall vest with Tata Sky in perpetuity and you have no claims on it whatsoever. You have further accepted that the right to upload and or reject your video is at the sole discretion of Tata Sky alone. Participation is subject to Tata Sky’s prior approval and Your continued compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Tata Sky’s decision regarding permission to participate, broadcast of video, restrictions and termination of the program shall be final in all aspects without liability or acknowledgement to you.
2. You are responsible for obtaining all the relevant permissions and licenses, i.e., Copyright and non-copyright music used (if any), permission to film at a location, etc. and affirm that no privacy laws or rules were broken while producing the footage.
3. You agree to broadcasting of the contribution and hereby grant to us all consents to use your contribution on our platforms, presently available or to be developed, without liability or acknowledgement to you. You grant us the right to issue publicity/advertisements concerning the contribution in which your name/recording/photograph may be included.
4. You agree not to distribute in any medium or to any competitor of Tata Sky any part of the contribution or the Content, without its prior written consent.
5. Once you have submitted the video, Tata Sky shall be at liberty to add, modify or make changes to your video. Tata Sky reserves the right to reject your video, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without any intimation to you.
6. Upon the acceptance of your video for uploading, the content on the video, the service marks and logos ("Marks") on the video (if any), shall be owned by Tata Sky. You agree to indemnify/hold harmless Tata Sky, its employees, directors and third parties claiming under it against any legal action that may be initiated by a third party claiming copyright on the video submitted by you.
7. Content is provided to you is on an AS IS basis, following the guidelines that you have accepted at the time of submitting your form. Tata Sky reserves the right to reject the content provided by you if it does not fall within the guidelines attached to these Terms & Conditions without being obligated to communicate the same to you.
8. You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting your Content to Tata Sky. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content you submit, including the permission to use any third-party copyrighted material; and once your content has been accepted by Tata Sky, all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to such Content shall vest in Tata Sky pursuant to these Terms of Service.
9. You hereby grant Tata Sky an exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free right to use Your name and recipe ("Brand Features"), in connection with Your Content, and to use limited excerpts from Your Content for advertising or promotional purposes through the internet, presentations, marketing materials, customer lists, financial reports and website listings, among others. If this Agreement is terminated, Tata Sky may continue to use such excerpts and Brand Features materials that are in existence as of the date of termination.
