If you took breaks while shooting the recipe and now your recipe is made up of a series of video clips, don’t worry. You can upload up to 15 video clips to cover a single recipe.

Read the ‘Video Upload Guidelines’ alongside. Make sure your video matches our guidelines else, chances are it might not meet approval for broadcast on Tata Sky.

Error: The file size of the video clip you have uploaded exceeds 2 GB. Please ensure you adhere to the file size limit of 2 GB.

Upload

Send us the video through courier by burning/copying it on to a CD/DVD/USB pen drive, if :
  1. Your recipe comprises more than 15 video clips
  2. If the total duration of all video clips combined exceeds 15 minutes
  3. If the total file size of all video clips combined exceeds 500 MB
  4. Any other errors/issues during the upload process

Video Upload Guidelines
Resolution requirements
Min 320 X 240. All resolutions below that will be rejected

Duration requirements
Maximum duration of 60 minutes

File size
Maximum 2 GB. If file size exceeds 500 MB or if you face any internet connectivity issues, follow the instructions mentioned in the highlighted box below.

Do not shoot your video in High Definition (HD) mode.

Ensure you shoot the video in a landscape or horizontal frame only where the width of the video should be more than the height.
